Our third hotel block is open at the Hyatt Place Downtown Houston. Hotel costs will be covered for up to two nights for Out-of-Town Guests ONLY. You will need to put in a credit card to make these reservations, but your card will not be charged for your room, only for incidental expenses you may incur during your stay.

After the Westin, Hampton Inn, and Hyatt Place room blocks are full you will have to make your own reservations at nearby downtown hotels, those rooms will still be reimbursed, but only at the same rate as the Westin block, $209/night.

It is the sole responsibility of each summit participant to coordinate and book travel and rooming accommodations for the Summit. To ensure social distancing, there will be no group buses transporting participants to Houston this year.

How to Get Reimbursed:
In order to be reimbursed for your summit expenses, you will need to turn an expense report into AP@myamcap.com within 30 days of the 2022 Summit with all proper documentation.
